The Surgical Critical Care Review is a 2-day seminar consisting of didactic lectures, Question and Answer time at the end of each topic, and dedicated Question and Answer sessions. This comprehensive review is designed to update your clinical knowledge base and help you pass your Critical Care Surgery exams (certifying and re-certifying).
Emphasis is on evidence-based medicine and board-relevant standards of care, incorporating current best practice concepts, surgical approaches, preoperative evaluation, and clinical follow-up strategies. As a result, it provides a good review for your ABS sub-specialty exams and a thorough Surgical Critical Care review for physicians in practice.
